U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of State (DOS) invited you to participate in a stakeholder listening session on Thursday, Nov. 19 from 1 to 2 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss the filing tips recently posted for:
- Form I-864, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA
- Form I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member
- Form I-864EZ, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA
- Form I-864W, Intending Immigrant’s Affidavit of Support Exemption
USCIS and DOS officials provided a general overview of these filing tips and gathered any feedback you may have had.
