U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in our stakeholder teleconference on Thursday, June 12, 12014 from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss policy changes to Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.
USCIS has announced that starting June 1, 2014, Form I-693 will be valid for one year from the date we receive it. Also, applicants must submit Form I-693 to USCIS within one year of the immigration medical examination. USCIS also announced that we will provide additional ways to submit Form I-693. This updated policy applies to any Form I-693 supporting a benefit application that USCIS adjudicates.
