Train and Develop Staff

The following set of resources can help you train and develop staff and volunteers in your citizenship program. Use the coordinator and educator guides to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully coordinate and/or teach in a citizenship program. The online training modules can help prepare your program volunteers and teachers before they participate in classes. This set of resources also includes information on a variety of in-person training seminars that can help you develop and maintain a citizenship program, in addition to building connections with other service providers in your community.
