Filing Tips for Form I-360
Properly filing Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant reduces the likelihood of processing delays or errors in communications from USCIS. When filing, complete the address field and at least one name field in Part 1 of the form as indicated below.
