Forms By Mail

Use the Forms by Mail service to order immigration forms for individual use only. If you are an immigration professional, please use your normal sources for acquiring forms.

ALERT: Starting on July 18, 2024, we will no longer offer the Forms by Mail service. All our forms and instructions are on the uscis.gov website, and are available for free to download, print, and complete. We recommend that you use our forms available online to ensure that you are completing the most current form versions. If you need help downloading and printing forms, instructions are available at Downloading and Printing Immigration Forms. Many of our forms are also available to file online. You can review the list of Forms Available to File Online, learn how to Create a USCIS Online Account, and learn more about the Benefits of Filing Online, which allow you to file and track your case at anytime from anywhere. 

USCIS forms and USCIS online accounts are always free. Many non-USCIS websites offer immigration forms for downloading. These sites may ask you to pay for immigration forms and may not have the correct form version. Do not pay for any USCIS form. In some circumstances, your case may be delayed or rejected if you use an outdated form.
