Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion
Alert: Before sending your package to USCIS, make sure that all the forms you have completed are the current acceptable edition. The current acceptable edition can be found under the Edition Date section listed on each form’s webpage.
You can also find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions. For each form that you are submitting, make sure that all pages are from the same form edition. Alert: On Aug. 19, 2024, we published a new edition of Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion, with an edition date of 05/31/24. Starting Oct. 21, we will accept only the 05/31/24 edition of Form I-290B.
Do not submit Form I-290B directly to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO). Instead, file all appeals and motions according to this chart.
Applications and petitions that are not mailed to the appropriate filing location may experience processing delays.
