International Entrepreneur Parole Program Teleconference
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services invited you to participate in an informational teleconference on Friday, May 14, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Eastern.
On May 10, DHS announced withdrawal of a 2018 notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) that proposed to remove the International Entrepreneur parole program from DHS regulations.
During the teleconference, DHS and USCIS shared information on the International Entrepreneur parole program, how it aligns with President Biden’s vision of access to legal immigration, an overview of eligibility, and how to file. The International Entrepreneur parole program was put in place to encourage foreign entrepreneurs to create and develop start-up entities with high growth potential in the United States and help improve our nation’s economy through increased capital spending, innovation, and job creation.
USCIS will conduct webinars and other opportunities to learn more about the program in the near future.
