FY 2025 H-1B Electronic Registration Process
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a webinar on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, from 2 – 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
During this webinar, USCIS representatives will:
- Share updates on changes to the FY 2025 H-1B electronic registration process;
- Provide a step-by-step overview of how to submit H-1B registrations; and
- Host a question-and-answer session.
Prospective H-1B cap-subject petitioners, including those seeking to file a petition for a beneficiary who is eligible for the advanced degree exemption, must first electronically submit a registration for each beneficiary on whose behalf they seek to file an H-1B cap-subject petition. A prospective H-1B cap-subject petitioner whose registration is selected is then eligible to file an H-1B cap-subject petition for the beneficiary named in their selected registration during the associated filing period.
To submit H-1B registrations online, prospective H-1B cap-subject petitioners or their legal representatives must first visit my.uscis.gov to create a free USCIS online account.
If you missed our webinars on the new features in the USCIS online accounts for prospective H-1B cap-subject petitioners (PDF, 4.39 MB) and legal representatives (PDF, 2.01 MB), (PDF, 2.01 MB) we have posted the PowerPoints to the Electronic Reading Room.
