H-2B Visa Program: Overview and Country Specific Allocations Recruitment Webinar
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services invites you to participate in an engagement on Thursday, March 7, from 2 to 3 p.m. Eastern to hear about U.S. government efforts to facilitate the recruitment of H-2B workers and the country specific allocations that apply to workers from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Haiti.
Representatives from USCIS and the Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs will explain the requirements and process for petitions and visa applications submitted under the H-2B supplemental cap issued on Nov. 17, 2023. Representatives from the U.S. Agency for International Development will describe efforts to support the recruitment of workers from several countries and discuss their efforts to identify and train workers to facilitate their recruitment and participation in the H-2B visa program.
