How to Reset My Password

PLEASE NOTE: You must enter the Primary Email address you used to create your USCIS online account. |

If you can’t remember your password reset answers, send us a message using this link: my.uscis.gov/account/v1/needhelp. After filling out a short form you will see a drop-down menu of technical support options. Please select “I need help with resetting my password." Then click “Send Message.” Our Technical Help Desk will email you, usually within 10 business days, with instructions for resetting your password. |

PLEASE NOTE: To edit your Password Reset Questions, go to the “MyAccount” menu and select “Settings”, then click the link “Change password.”
