SAVE Logo Use and Guidelines
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has adopted and is using in commerce the SAVE trademark (Mark). DHS has registered the Mark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Use of the Mark, without permission, is unauthorized and in violation of trademark law.
If you would like to be authorized to use the SAVE Logo and Mark, download and review the Guidelines and Licensing Agreement (PDF). You must meet certain criteria as prescribed in the Guidelines for using the SAVE Mark. When you have filled out the agreement, return it to uscis.verlogo@uscis.dhs.gov. Upon receipt and approval of the Licensing Agreement, DHS will furnish the digitized logo files for use on websites and approved printed materials.
For more information on SAVE Mark usage, please email uscis.verlogo@uscis.dhs.gov.
