SAVE No Longer Requires Anticipated Collection Agreements (ACAs)
Effective Oct. 1, 2024, SAVE no longer requires Anticipated Collection of Agreements (ACAs) from user agencies. This change will reduce administrative burdens.
With this change, agencies are no longer required to estimate their annual SAVE usage. SAVE will only collect billing information as needed, described below.
Previously, the ACA was used to obtain the number of anticipated SAVE queries for the following fiscal year and document current agency billing information. Now, SAVE will continue to use the most recent billing information provided by your agency. Existing agency MOAs will not be modified to reflect this change.
